World’s Fair / 1964 (via nevver)

I still can’t believe it looked like that. It must have been insane.

I went to that when I was a kid. The actual World’s Fair was in 1962. My mom dressed my sisters and me in matching red felt coats with big white buttons, white little boater hats, white stockings and black patent leather Mary Janes. We were filmed for some news documentary.

Yeah, I’m old.
